If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective — or if it gets lost in transit — we've got you covered, no fuss. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it.

Change of mind

Made to order means made for keeps

Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns on correctly made items. We know that's not always what people want to hear — but it's part of what makes what we do more intentional (and a lot less wasteful).

If you're unsure about sizing before you order, feel free to reach out and we'll help you get it right.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Move fast

We can cancel your order before production begins — so if you've made a mistake or changed your mind, contact us immediately at support@sibueno.co. Once your order goes into production, we can't guarantee a cancellation or full refund.

Returned items

If a return is approved

For cases where a return is authorised, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In original condition with no alterations
• Sent back only after you've received return instructions from us

Please note: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the original purchase currency.

What's not covered

A few exceptions worth knowing

The following can't be returned or refunded unless there's a manufacturing defect:

• Socks, underwear, swimwear, and other hygiene-sensitive items
• Items accurately produced from your provided design files
• Delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping details you provided
• Requests made beyond 180 days of delivery
